can anyone tell me how 2 tell what a veil tail female betta looks like?

I'm not really good at knowing what tail types females are, but females usually are smaller, while male bettas are usually larger and have more finnage.

I just got a female betta and I am pretty sure she is a Veiltail. I don't have any good pics of her yet. I would post a pic or link of another example, but I can't until I have a maximum of 15 posts on here. But try searching google images; type in female betta, Veiltail.

She is my first female and I cherish her. She is 8 months old and I am am in the process of trying to breed her. Also she may be a Spade tail. Very rare from what im told. I hope this helps ya!

Thats a gorgeous female, its looks like one of mine. Now i breed and have lots of info to give but check out this link and you'll see the difference. this is vieltails females which i have several of, [Registered users only can see links. ]
