    Default Hi there from California!

Hi there I just joined the Betta Forum 2 days ago and didn't introduce myself, how rude! lol

I just brought home my new Betta "Sushi" on wednesday and he's gorgeous with plenty of personality! I just bought him a bigger home last night, a 5 gallon Eclipse Hex we call it the Roman Castle and Sushi loves it!! He even loves the little bit of current it has.

Today I am adding 2 new friends to his tank, 2 dwarf platies named "Mickey & Minnie", lets hope they all play nicely!

Anyway glad to have found all you wonderful fish lovers!
    Sincerely,
    Julie :-)

    Thank you both!!

Fivestar I love my Eclipse too, I can see buying a larger one in the future! Its been years since I have had an aquarium and I thought it was the greatest thing to have the filter in the hood, lol how easy is that!

So far so good with the 2 new Dwarf Coral Platies, Sushi will flare at them then move on, I think he just wants to show whos boss of the tank, and they could care less! :-)

Welcome to the forum! Glad to hear about your new little Betta friend! Be sure that you watch the "goings on" in your tank for awhile after adding the new friends! Good luck! It sounds like a great tank set up!
