Will my community tank support a Betta fish?

My 45 gallon fresh water tank currently has the following fish:
- 8 Long-fin zebra danios.
- 8 Rummynose Tetra.
- 5 Penguin Tetra
- 1 Farlowella Cat.
- 1 Algae Eater
- 1 Yo-yo loach.

I have a few male bettas (kept separetly of course) and wanted to add on of them to this community tank. With the fish I have and the size of my tank, do you think that this is a good idea? If so, what process should I follow to introduce my betta to the other fish? (I was thinking that I would use the floating breeder's tank I have to initially introduce him and then set him free after a while if things seem to be going well).
