Is Simply Betta (fungus & bacteria cure) safe for all fish?

My betta has a mouth fungus by the looks of it and I am going to buy Simply betta to care for my betta but he's in an aquarium with other fish. I was just wondering if i had to separate him during treatment or if it is okay to treat him in the tank with all the other fish.
