half dead, half alive? handicaped?

 half dead, half alive? handicaped? omfg i woke up one day. betta fish is at the bottom of the tank inside a stump(holes inside to swim in and out). the betta just did nothing but fan its wings. i removed eerything and he was pale after the gills to the tail. when i poke its tail or even squeeze it wouldnt do anything until i touch the living part(front, from the gills to the head). is my betta pernamently handicaped? or diseased?   |
