I have a few questions about breeding Bettas?...?

OK, i now have 3 males and 3 females, 1 male and female are in conditioning.

Males: Roonie- Viel Tail, MultiColours
PrettyBoy- Viel Tail, Red and Purple
Suicidial Rainbow- Delta Tail, Rainbow (duh, lol)

Females: Vanilla- Viel Tail, Red and White
Cookie- Viel Tail, Brown
Melody- Viel Tail, Purple-Blue and Brown

OK, now i have told you all that i need to know, why does Cookie have horizontail lines on her body? And how long should it take for a male to make a bubble nest? and the last question, I have Suicidial Rainbow, and Melody in conditioning, i started them conditioning on Saturday, and today is monday, will the be ready by Thursday? cos i asked the pet store and they said they should be fine...

Please help, and please dont say stuff like "don't breed them, becuase it sounds like you havent done research" now if you say that you are the one who hasnt done your research coz i have been reseaching it for 1 and a 1/2 weeks!
Cookie has a small jar, well lets say all the girls are in jars like the boys becuase when they are all in one tank they bite eat other.

um... and yeh..
also cookie does have that white dot showing, and aslo her 2 horizontail stripes go though her eyes? does that mean that maybe its just her colour?

they should be vertical, if its horizontal your fish is scared. but to answer your question about conditioning...do it for about a week...you want them big n ready...because your male is not going to eat for about 4-5 days(well until the fry start swimming), your 2 fish that your CODIN. should be speperated from the rest of the group..so its just the two of them..everyday let your male see the female for a couple mins a day, then close them off, skip a day and the make would probally start to build his nest in their CONDI. tank....keep doin this for about a week, feed them constantly...then move them to the breed tank
