    Default Need help!

Hi, im new to breeding bettas so I just wanted some help...

I have my male in a 2 gallon tank, but would move the fry when they started to get alittle bigger....anyways the tank isnt the problem!

I have 2 females and neither of them can successfully mate with my male, he trys and trys to court them..he is even pretty gentle with them, he does chase them though if they try to get away. With my first female he had a HUGE bubble nest, but she was not interested in him AT ALL...all she ever did was show her stress bars whenever I put her in her little safety jar...and even worse when I would release her.....anyways, I then tried female number 2, and she is definatly interested in him, she has her breeding bars, her little white nubby thing is showing, and she is all fat, but now my male is being lazy and wont make a nest at all, but he still trys courting her..LOL

anyways, I just wanted to see if you guys had any suggestions!

by the way, my male is a crowntail, my 1st female is a plain vail tail, and my second female is a much better quality crowntail.
