    I ust bought a 20 gallon fish tank for 15 dollars at a garage sale, it came with everything, a filter, heateer and decorations for it, now im going to use my old 10 gal fish tank to breed my bettas and just make a community tank with my females in my new 20 gal tank im excited!

    congrats on the buy!

    just remmber to to bleech the tank and dry iit in the sun to get rid of all the nastys that might be in there from the previous fish

    woot you too? i got a 10 gallon from a thrift store it came with 2 filters an air pump the hood heater(this evil heater killed my bettafish thinking it was for a 10 gallon its really for a 20..it worked good on the test but.. F) lol i spent an hour scrubbing the equipment

    Way to go Santiago! Is it a 20 long or 20 tall. I have a female community in a 20 long and it's great. The girls love it too. I also use a 20 long with dividers for my males. They're great, but I don't get good deals like you did! Make sure you post pics when you get it set up and running. And don't forget to do what Divy said about bleaching & sun drying. Congrats!
