 Is this ok? I was thinking of getting this cage for 1 male. Would that be ok, and go easy on me this is the first time I'm looking anything up since my last betta (2 years ago, Grumpy the 6th).

 I think I'm at least missing the idea! Doesn't water leak out of cages?! LOL! Truly, though, I'm not seeing a link to view anything. Maybe you can just list the website without the "URL" since you have less than 15 posts.

| 1st-If your goin to get that bowl type make sure its the 2 gallon one! Bettas are know to live longer, be healthier in a 2 gallon tank, as a matter of fact any fish. Its recommended that 2 gallons per betta/fish should be given for ideal health and happiness. 2nd-Like i said about the first, in preference the 1st looks better than this one. also keep in mind that bettas are tropical fish and needs temps between 74-82degreesF. Also to ensure health and less infections a filter is needed and highly recommended heres a cheap but effective one [Registered users only can see links. ] 3rd-and the only size for this one is a 1/2, i wouldn't recommend it. SINCE... your looking at petco where i bought my tanks, in the actual petstore, there's always a deal on 10gallon tank setups for about $30. it comes with a 10gallon tank, fish net, food, contioner, top with lights and bulbs and food samples. This is a good deal i ended up buying 2 lol. and its 10gallons which is good room for your bettas and even some tank mates if you want a nice aquarium!
