Can i do a 100% water change with a bowl?

 Urgent Please.. I need help immediately.. I did a 100% water change yesterday .. I didn't know that I had better not change the water completely. More worst when I saw the fish hardly could move, I change the water again (I thought something wrong with the water, or the bowl wasn't clean enough). I put some food .. but he didn't eat it. I'm so panic (PLEASE .. PLEASE HELP). =========== NOTE: * The new water that I put (each time) was 24 hours settled down (Lukewarm water) to get the room temperature. * The bowl isn't that big, I think 4-5 Liter (with one fish only) * I feel cold in my apartment (so the water might be even cold) ===========  |
